An air compressor apparatus having a soundproof structure is provided to reduce sonic energy and noise by radiating the noise generated from the air compressor to outside. An air compressor apparatus having a soundproof structure comprises an air compressor(10), a soundproof chamber, a soundproof liquid tank in which soundproof liquid(70) is filled, a motor(40) driving the air compressor, an agitator in which one or more rotors are formed, and a compressed air storage tank(14) storing the air compacted by the air compressor. The rotation axis of the agitator is connected to a connection shaft(42) and a straight bevel gear or a spiral bevel gear. The rotor of the agitator includes a first agitating vane and a second agitating vane.
