A sweet and sour collagen blueberry leached liquid tea composition, and a method for preparing the tea composition are provided to obtain the useful effect of collagen and blueberry. A sweet and sour collagen blueberry leached liquid tea composition comprises 39-49 wt% of the blueberry flesh; 30-43 wt% of the dried green tea leaves; 3-5 wt% of citric acid; 5-10 wt% of stevioside; 4-7 wt% of collagen; and 2-4 wt% of vitamin C.
