PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass paste for forming a partitioning wall which has little defects of partitioning wall even if the partitioning wall has a narrow width and a small interval and capable of forming in a short time by a sandblast method. SOLUTION: A paste for forming the partitioning wall used for forming the partitioning wall for a plasma display comprises a glass powder, an inorganic filler powder, an organic resin and a solvent, in which the organic resin comprises a cellulosic resin, a butyral resin and an acrylic resin.
