摘要 The invention relates to a heat engineering field of science and can be used for hydrodynamic heating fluid in the heat supply systems and different engineering systems of industry. The heat generator contains a heat accumulating capacity with a fluid heat carrier, a hydrodynamic heater, a heat-insulating casing, the inlet and outlet branches, the valves for connecting the inlet and outlet branches with the return and pressure branches of the heat supply system respectively. Novelty of the invention is that the heat accumulating capacity has a quick-detachable hydraulic cap placed on the top of a transverse partition for placing in said cap the hydrodynamic heater containing a rotor wheel of a centrifugal pump, a chamber of live pressure and a chamber of static pressure, and also a regulator of live and static pressure. A drive of the rotor wheel is placed directly at the bottom of the accumulating capacity and is made as an open electric motor with a possibility of fastening at the transverse partition and dipping in the fluid heat carrier subject to improving bearing lubrication and increasing a contact surface to increase the efficiency of cooling said drive and simultaneously to create an additional heat source for heating the fluid of the heat generator. An aperture for a input drive of the electric motor and the absorbing apertures for the hydrodynamic heater are made in the transverse partition; the rotor wheel has additionally made an upper central absorbing aperture and the upper discharge ducts; the chamber of live pressure and the chamber of static pressure are made with the possibility of partial return of the heated fluid heat carrier from said chambers back to the lower and upper central absorbing apertures of the rotor wheel respectively for more rapid heating; a sludge pan, a filter, a catching mechanism for metal shards; the adapters reducing the vibration are additionally used. Also there is an automatic control system including a program-command block, a measuring device of a temperature sensor of heating the fluid heat carrier, a temperature device to record MAXIMUM ALLOWED heating temperature of the electric motor, a sensor of filter clogging, an actuator of a sensor of MAXIMAL dipping the electric motor in the fluid heat carrier; an indicator of turning on of the automatic control system, an indicator of reaching MAXIMUM ALLOWED heating temperature of the electric motor, an indicator of filter CLOGGING, an indicator of insufficient (less than MAXIMAL) dipping the electric motor in the fluid heat carrier, the START and STOP buttons.
