PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a structure which enables a wheel-chair user to overcome a step of about 2 cm becoming an obstacle and causing a burden on the wheel-chair user requiring the user to exert a force while securing the step which a visually impaired person can sense, for solving the problem that a curbstone on the boundary between a walkway and a driveway at an intersection causes a burden on or becomes an obstacle for the wheel-chair user although the step is important for the visually impaired person to sense the boundary by a walking stick. SOLUTION: A curbstone attachment member for substantially solving the step on the top end corner of the curbstone in the boundary of the walkway and the driveway or the like is made of a soft elastic material such as rubber and provided with a hollow part or an opening. The member is attached on the top end with a screw, an adhesive or the like. When the wheel-chair, a bicycle, a baby car or the like runs on it, the member is sunk by the weight to substantially eliminate the step to temporarily form a gentle slope, allowing passage without any burden. On the other hand, the visually impaired person can surely sense the position of the boundary between the walkway and the driveway or the like by recognizing a sufficient step by hitting the member by a stick from above or front.
