The present invention provides a road surface unfreezing apparatus using a thermo siphon, comprising: a heat absorption unit into which a working fluid is injected and which is buried into the ground to absorb geothermal heat; a connection unit connected to one side of the heat absorption unit to provide a path through which the working fluid can flow; and a heat radiation unit connected to the connection unit to prevent ice formation on the road using the geothermal heat absorbed by the working fluid, wherein the working fluid is repetitively circulated through the heat absorption unit, the connection unit, and the heat radiation unit sequentially. The present invention can heat the working fluid using the geothermal heat without other special heaters and unfreeze frozen sections on the road using heat exchange via the thermo siphon of the working fluid. |
