PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-modified member which has high and long durable hydrophilicity, a method of producing the surface-modified member, a micro-passage device passage of which has high and long durable hydrophilicity and a method of producing the micro-passage device.SOLUTION: A surface-modified member 10 includes a member body 11 and a modification layer 12 which is arranged on the surface of the member body 11 and has hydrophilicity. The modification layer 12 contains C-N and C=O bonds. A micro-passage device 6 includes a silicone rubber-made body 60 and a passage 63 arranged within the body 60. On the surface of the passage 63, a hydrophilic modification layer 64 containing C-N and C=O bonds is arranged. The modification layers 12 and 64 are formed by a plasma treatment in a gas atmosphere containing nitrogen and an amine. |
