PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, information processing program, information processing method that can effectively increase content distribution target users.SOLUTION: An information processing device 3 includes a model generation unit 21 and an update unit 24. The model generation unit generates a prediction model by using information on a first user having histories of purchasing goods and/or services which are sold in predetermined e-commerce as correct answer data.
