<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission terminal capable of suppressing deterioration in viewing and listening qualities of the dynamic image of a person speaking on reception terminal side. <P>SOLUTION: In a teleconference system comprised of a plurality of terminals 100 connected via a network 200, the terminals 100 are equipped with a camera 102 for obtaining an image used for generating image data; a microphone 101 for obtaining a voice used for generating voice data, a setting part 104 for setting a transmission parameter used for transmitting a data packet, including the image data according to a level of the voice obtained by a voice obtaining part; and a transmission part 106 for transmitting the data packet, including the image packet according to the transmission parameter set by the setting part 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
