PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective binding factor of an osteoprotegerin-binding protein (OPGbp), and antibodies and antigen-binding domains which selectively bind to the OPGbp and capable of being used to prevent and treat loss of bone mass.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid molecules capable of encoding antibodies and antigen-binding domains selectively binding to the OPGbp and capable of being used to prevent and treat the loss of the bone mass are provided, and expression vectors and host cells for production of them are also provided.
