PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trend monitoring system of a steel plant which can detect abnormality of an actuator accurately when the steel plant is in operation actually.SOLUTION: A steel plant comprises: an actuator operating a facility acting on a rolled material; a controller for feeding back a control experience value to a manipulated variable of the actuator to make the control experience level of the facility agree with a control targeted point; and a data collecting device for collecting the control targeted value and the control experience value of the facility in each time. A trend monitoring system comprises: an arithmetic logical unit for calculating an integrated value obtained by integrating an absolute value of a deviation between the control targeted value and the control experience value in each time collected by the data collecting device; and an abnormality determining unit determining that the state of the actuator is abnormal when the integrated value is greater than a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
