PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label which is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: This label 10 for hanging on the neck has a hole part 10c to be put onto the neck part N of a bottle B and is attached to the shoulder part S of the bottle B. The label 10 includes: a printing layer 11 to be printed; a shrink film layer 13 disposed on the rear side of the printing layer 11, configured to be thermally shrunken; and an adhesive layer 12 on which adhesive agent is disposed except a non-adhesive part 12a thereof, disposed between the printing layer 11 and the shrink film layer 13. Since the shrink film abutting on the non-adhesive part 12a is thermally shrunk caused by the application of heat, the label 10 is formed to such a shape to fixedly attach to the shoulder part S of the bottle B.
