PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus cooling device capable of effectively cooling an electronic apparatus with no use of water. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus cooling device includes a cabinet 11 whose front side and rear side are opened to house a plurality of electronic apparatuses 3 with a fan 4. The opening on the rear side of the cabinet 11 includes a rear door 12 for ventilation. The air containing waste heat of the electronic apparatus 3 which is blasted with the fan 4 is returned into the inside of a chamber through the rear door 12. An inner door 14 for ventilation is provided inside the rear door 12. The inner door 14 integrally includes an evaporator 21 constituting a refrigeration, an expansion valve, and an electrical unit for controlling the expansion valve.
