<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricating performance of a contact part rollingly contacting. <P>SOLUTION: Grooves 2 having a finite length equivalent to a width in a direction perpendicular to a rolling direction in contact areas are juxtaposed along the rolling direction in one of the contact areas of a member rollingly contacting, thereby, lubricating oil on the contact part is retained in the grooves 2 and is less likely to flow out.
