A local area communication system for the physical operation control of a portable terminal capable of controlling physical operation of a mobile terminal according to the operation of a user is provided to control the physical operation of the portable terminal according to the operation of the user. A terminal control part(110) controls the overall operation of a portable terminal(100). The terminal control part transmits a driving-start command to a radio controller through a terminal local communications unit. The terminal control part controls each element so that the operation of the operation control command received from the radio controller be performed through the terminal local communications unit(130). The wheel operation part performs the command received from the terminal control part. The wheel operation part performs the operation of corresponding to the control of the terminal control part. The physical operation of portable terminal is performed according to the operation of the wheel operation part.
