A bra cup, comprising an outer cup layer (11) and an inner cup layer (14) sequentially arranged to be pressed into an integrated body; two ends of the integrated body are respectively fixed at one end of a shoulder girdle (102) and a support portion (101); the bra cup (10) further comprises an internal space (16) for accommodating a breast enhancing matter; the bra cup (10) is also provided with an air hole (1) thereon for heat dissipation and ventilation; and the air hole (1) passes through the outer cup layer (11) and the inner cup layer (14). Also provided is a bra cup having a net structure, and bra formed thereby. The bra cup and the bra have a ventilation function, and provide a comfortable underwear environment, thus increasing a comfort degree for physical and psychological health.
