PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration tester capable of responding to vibration test for the object of high frequency over 50 kHz, easily testing and easily responding to automation. SOLUTION: An object T placed on a support part is vibrated with a vibrator 2 and the response of the object T is detected with a signal detector 3 in a vibration tester. In this case, a discharge probe 20 arranged its tip end rear the object T and a discharge controller 22 generating discharge by giving electric potential difference between the discharge probe 20 and the object T are provided in the vibrator 2.
