A non-aqueous pigment ink includes a pigment, a non-aqueous solvent, a non-water-soluble resin and a water-soluble resin, wherein the non-water-soluble resin is an acrylic polymer formed by a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing at least an alkyl(meth)acrylate (A) having a C8 to C18 alkyl group and a monomer (B) having a β-diketone group or β-keto acid ester group.

1. A non-aqueous pigment ink comprising:
a pigment; a non-aqueous solvent; a non-water-soluble resin; and a water-soluble resin; wherein the non-water-soluble resin is an acrylic polymer formed by a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing at least an alkyl(meth)acrylate (A) having a C8 to C18 alkyl group and a monomer (B) having a β-diketone group or β-keto acid ester group; and wherein the water-soluble resin is a modified polyethylene imine obtained through an addition reaction between a polyethylene imine having a mass average molecular weight in the range of 200 to 2000 and one of an acrylate or a vinyl compound, where a ratio of the acrylate or the vinyl compound to the polyethylene imine is not less than 0.3 molar equivalent and less than 1 molar equivalent to the total amine number of the polyethylene imine of 1 molar equivalent.
