A street light using an led lighting module is provided to minimize a short circuit of a wire due to an overcurrent by radiating heat from the LED device smoothly. A plurality of LED die chips(30) are die-bonded in a ceramic substrate(20) and on the ceramic substrate. A wire connects LED die chips electrically, and a molding resin layer(50) is formed on the ceramic substrate by implantation molding and the molding resin layer the ceramic substrate. A metal board(70) is adhered to the bottom of the ceramic substrate, and a heat sink dissipate heat generated from a LED integration illumination module.
