The coaxial, rotatable discs (16) are housed between a base panel (10) and a cover panel (22), both of which are wider than diameter of the round hole (14) in the centre of each disc. Two or more strips are permanently or releasably secured to either panel, separated from each other by the central hole, and passed through a first slot (12) in one of the panels, with the strip ends (20) being secured in place. The first slot has dimensions corresponding to the strip cross-section. The position of the strip, which is determined by the positions of the first slot and the anchored ends of the strip, is chosen so that it is contact with the edges of the central holes. An Independent claim is also included for a sheet of paper, cardboard and/or synthetic film with parts which can be easily punched out of it in order to make the rotary disc device.
