PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for coupling a plurality of panels in tightly attached condition, configured so that the shoulders of hitching legs are engaged with mounting holes formed in the panels. SOLUTION: The clip 1 is formed from a first fixation part 5 having a first shaft part 7 and a pair of first hitching legs 9 extending from the end of the first shaft part 7 in the anchor form with the legs opening and a second fixation part 6 having a second shaft part 9 and a pair of second hitching legs 11 extending from the end of the second shaft part 9 in the anchor form with the legs opening, whereby coaxial coupling is generated in the first shaft part and the second shaft part in the condition that the first legs and the second legs confront each other at their ends, and the ends of the the first legs and the second legs are provided with hitching shoulders 13 and 14 to be engaged with the edges of the mounting hole in the panels, wherein the size between the shoulders 14 of the second legs 11 is made longer than the size between the shoulders 13 of the first legs 9, and the second shaft part 10 is provided with a stopper 18 having a length not ranging to the shoulders 13 of the first legs.
