PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preliminarily accumulate sufficient quantity of evaporation fuel in a evaporation fuel supply device to supply evaporation fuel to an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An evaporation fuel separation unit 16 is provided comprising a separation film 18 permeable to evaporation fuel, and an evaporation fuel storage chamber 20 at least part of which is covered with the separation film 18. The evaporation fuel storage chamber 20 is communicated with an intake passage 26 in the internal combustion engine through a purge passage 22. In the middle of the purge passage 22, a flow control valve 24 is provided so as to control a flow of purge gas. The evaporation fuel separation unit 16 is disposed in a space in the fuel tank 10.
