<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give excellent antistatic performance to a surface protection layer without spoiling abrasion resistance and transparency in a transparent protective panel in which the surface protection layer to be a hard coat layer is formed on a transparent resin substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent protective panel comprising the transparent resin substrate and the surface protection layer formed on the substrate, the surface protection layer is obtained by curing a curable resin composition containing an antistatic agent, and the curable resin composition containing the antistatic agent contains a monomeric component (A) and 1-5 pts.wt. of the antistatic agent (B) per 100 pts.wt. of the monomeric component (A). The monomeric component (A) contains 100 pts.wt. of a urethane acrylate (a-1) having at least nine radical-polymerizable functional groups and 0.1-42.9 pts.wt. of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (a-2) having a hydroxy group and at least three radical-polymerizable functional groups.
