<p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper feeding device capable of sure paper feeding with the damage to or the folding of a recording sheet eliminated. CONSTITUTION:In a paper feeding device, having a paper-feeding roller 1 and a separation pad 3 pressedly contacting this paper-feeding roller 1 and feeding sheets while separating the sheets one at a time between the roller 1 and the pad 3; an elastic member 5 is provided, so as to abut the paper-feeding roller 1, on a recording sheet introduction part side of a pad holder 4 retaining the separation pad 3.</p> |
