<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for charging a plurality of gas containers with the gas which is supplied from a gas feeding source under a relatively low pressure or the gas which has high purity or is easily decomposed and can not be transported under pressure, by the simple operation and to provide the device which permits automatic control with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A gas charge device is equipped with a gas catching device 1 which is connected with a gas feeding source 3 through a gas feeding line 4 having a feeding valve 4a, gas containers 2a,... which are connected with the gas catching device 1 through a gas charge line 5 having a charge valve 5a, and a liquid nitrogen storage tank 6 for accommodating the gas catching device 1. In the liquid nitrogen storage tank, a liquid nitrogen pouring line 7, liquid nitrogen blow line 8, heated nitrogen feeding line 9, warm water feeding line 10, and a warm water discharge line 11 are installed. These lines are equipped with respective opening/closing valves.</p> |
