PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably take a bath even in a narrow bathroom unit by arranging a bathtub in an enlarged bathtub arrangement part obtained by means of extending a part of a wall surface to the outer side of the bathroom unit. SOLUTION: The bathroom unit 10 is installed in a small scale house such as a multiple dwelling house and formed by a waterproof pan consisting of a washing place 14 and the bathroom arrangement part 11 on a floor surface. A part of the wall surface 13 facing the part 11 is extended to the outer part of the unit 10 and the part 11 is enlarged in the bathroom unit 10. Therefore, the bathtub being larger than the wall surface distance of the unit 10 can be installed in the enlarged part 11. The wall surface is formed by a bathroom panel which is erected at the outer peripheral end of the washing place 14 and the arrangement part 11 on the floor surface. Thus, the large bathtub 11a is disposed even in the narrow bathroom 10 and a user can comfortably take a bath. Besides, a boiler, or the like, is stored in the upper part of the bathtub 11a so that the washing place 14 is widely used.
