<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically make an optimum plan in a short time by classifying production lots into groups according to predetermined manufacturing constraint conditions, extracting a production lot from the groups satisfying the manufacturing constraint conditions, and determining a production sequence. SOLUTION: Planning material sources are classified based on constraint conditions related to production sequences (step 1). The sequence of the (I+1)th production lot is determined (step 2). One material is selected from candidates of material sources capable of being allocated to the (I+1)th production lot based on selection indexes such as delivery date, priority or random numbers according to a production policy (step 4). The steel delivery start time of a converter, the process start time of a refining facility and the process start time of a casting facility are determined based on the sequence of the production lot (step 5). When the generated production schedule satisfies evaluation criteria (type balance or the like), it is selected as the optimum plan result for use as a schedule result (steps 6, 7, 8).</p> |
