PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp deterioration state and concrete life of a power storage.SOLUTION: A power storage controller includes a power storage device and a power storage device control unit that manages state information of the battery of the power storage device. The power storage device control unit acquires the minimum value of the voltage value of the power storage device during a predetermined period from the voltage measurement value of the power storage device measured during the predetermined period to calculate history information of the minimum value of the voltage value of the power storage device during the predetermined period and usable information of the power storage device on the basis of the cumulative charging frequency of the power storage device at a time when the voltage value of the power storage device becomes minimum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
