PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To procure the construction fund for a waste disposal facility even when a self-fund or a loan from a bank or the like cannot be procured. SOLUTION: This construction fund procuring method for the waste disposal facility is used when a waste generating side committing a waste disposal side to treat the waste by paying a disposal cost constructs the waste disposal facility. The waste generating side procures (2) the construction fund for the waste disposal facility by selling (1) a loan bond, constructs (3) the waste disposal facility using the procured construction fund, and starts the disposal of the waste using the waste disposal facility, thereby dispensing with payment of a predetermined disposal cost, which is conventionally paid to the waste disposal side, and appropriating the predetermined disposal cost (4) that does not need to be paid for the return of the loan bonds (5, 6, 7). |
