PURPOSE: A method for rotating and restoring figure is provided to rotate a figure without wasting a system resource and a time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: covering a figure with a figure guideline, setting a rotation angle of a figure, evaluating a vector value of 4-positions of the figure guideline corresponding to a rotation position by substituting the rotation angle into a predetermined rotation expression, and generating a rotated guideline by linking the 4-positions vector value. The figure is made mapping into internal of the guideline.
