PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate production apparatus which can reduce the cost of the apparatus, the area of its setting, and the like, and can efficiently remove unreacted water adhered to gas hydrate. SOLUTION: This gas hydrate production apparatus for reacting unreacted water adhered to the gas hydrate n to remove the water is characterized by disposing a stirring machine 33 having a ribbon screw 32 in an inverted conical reaction vessel 31, disposing gas hydrate supply portion 39 with a valve for introducing the wet state gas hydrate and a raw material gas supply portion 41 for supplying the raw material bag, in the reaction vessel 31, disposing a gas hydrate-discharging valve 42 for discharging the gas hydrate after the finish of the reaction in the lower portion of the reaction container 31, and further disposing a cooling portion 43 for removing reaction heat on the side surface of the reaction vessel 31.
