Method for non-destructive diagnostics of blades of gas-turbine aircraft engines is in fact that for determination of class of blades one measures values of most valuable characteristics of blades with use of dependences between coefficient of strengthening and characteristics for determination of value of strengthening coefficient on basis of which one makes decision on class of blades. From complete set of characteristics one chooses characteristics that are characterized by the largest group value for diagnostics of blades of gas-turbine aircraft engines, that for first for samples of blades one measures values of given set of characteristics with performing strengthening of blades with diamond smoothening, by results of tests one determines coefficient of strengthening for each sample, after that massif of data obtained on values of characteristics and strengthening coefficient are entered to registers of computer where transformation of those is performed through directed priority choice with determination of most valuable combination of characteristics and dependence between coefficient of strengthening and most valuable characteristics, after that for blades that did not go through tests one measures values of selected diagnostic characteristics, after that on basis of dependence of strengthening coefficient on characteristics one determines its value and class of blade that determines practicability of implementation of strengthening of respective blade. |
