摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM communication method for keeping identical transmission quality in each frequency channel in view of improving total transmission quality, even if transmission characteristic is different in each frequency channel. <P>SOLUTION: The OFDM communication method is provided to transmit data signal using an optical transmission link. The OFDM communication method includes, in the transmitter side, a modulation mode determining step of determining a modulation system of data signal for each frequency channel, a serial/parallel converting step of conducting serial/parallel conversion suitable for the modulation system to which the data signal corresponds, an IFFT step of converting data to time-series transmitting data with an inverse Fourier transformation through modulation of each frequency channel, and an electric/optical converting step of converting transmitting data to an optical signal. The OFDM communication method also includes, in the receiver side, an optical/electric converting step of converting the optical signal to the receiving signal of electrical signal and then outputting this electrical signal, a detecting step of detecting the heading location of the receiving signal, an FFT step of conducting the Fourier transformation of the receiving signal, a demodulating step of demodulating the receiving signal, and a parallel/serial converting step of recovery by parallel/serial conversion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
