PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform thermal spraying by using fine particles which is conventionally difficult to handle.SOLUTION: Fine particles of resin including fine particles of ceramic or metal are used as a thermal spraying material and then thermal spraying can be easily performed by using the fine particles which are conventionally difficult to handle. In manufacture of the thermal spraying material, work to disperse the fine particles in liquid resin and crush a cured body of the obtained mixture in order to obtain the thermal spraying material as particles having a granularity within a target range, is repeated. When the thermal spraying material is manufactured second time or later, excessively crushed particles obtained in the crushing process of the cured body having been implemented and having particle sizes less than the target granularity range are added to the liquid resin and dispersed in the process of dispersing the fine particles in the liquid resin. Thus, the excessively crushed particles which are too small to use as the thermal spraying material are reused to manufacture the thermal spraying material in the following and succeeding times in order to improve the yield of the thermal spraying material manufactured from the fine particles and resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
