<p>Increase of a driving voltage of an organic field emitting element when a constant current is carried and deterioration of luminance when electricity is carried are suppressed, and a driven service life is lengthened. The organic field emitting element is composed of a substrate, an anode and a cathode arranged on the substrate and a plurality of organic layers arranged between the anode and the cathode. The organic layers include at least a first layer formed by polymerizing a polymerizable compound, and a second layer, which is arranged adjacent to the first layer and contains a polymerization initiator.</p> |
