PURPOSE: Reliable reflection liquid-crystal display is provided with no process added. CONSTITUTION: A gate line is on the insulation board along the work line and the extended gate pad (220) and the gate wire with a divided gate electrode (210) are formed and the gate insulation layer is on the upper side. A amorphous silicon layer is on the gate insulation layer atop the gate electrode (210). A resistance connection layer divided from the gate electrode (210) is on the amorphous silicon layer and a source electrode (610) and the drain electrode (620) are on the resistance connection layer. Each pixel source electrode (610) is connected to each other by the data line (600) formed along the other direction and the drain electrode (620) is connected to the reflection film (640) on the pixel area. A protection film with the first, second, third, and forth connection holes (710, 720, 730, 740) on top of the reflection film (640), the data line (600), the data pad (630) and the gate pad (220) is on the front side of the board. The sub-data line (910), ITO electrode for gate pad (920), ITO electrode for data pad (930), a sub ITO reflection film (940) is connected to the data line (600), the gate pad (220), the data pad (630), and the reflection film are formed on top of the protection film.
