<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a production efficiency, without stopping a production line due to saving of an installing space for stocking parts and stock-out of a specific part, without making production instruction information output such as to continuously produce similar products. <P>SOLUTION: All products of a plurality of types to be produced are grouped by similar products, and data instructed and displayed by leveling calculation, by sum total production ratio of each group is set as a master table. Production instruction information to be written in a recording medium attached to a work is created by inputting instruction data of a plurality of data tables for each group unit instructed and displayed by leveling calculation at the production ratio of the product belonging to each group unit and stored, into each instruction frame of this master table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
