PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sampling needle in a simple structure capable of not only effectively preventing the back flow of sampled blood at the time of vacuum blood sampling but also making it hard to destroy and damage the blood cells of the sampled blood at the time of blood sampling and being produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: The blood sampling needle is provided with a blood sampling needle body 2, a hollow needle 3 for ventilation communicating between a vacuum blood sampling tube and the atmosphere, a check valve 4 provided on the hollow needle 3 for the ventilation so as to lead air only in one direction from the vacuum blood sampling tube to the atmosphere, and a hub 5 to which the blood sampling needle body 2 and the hollow needle 3 for the ventilation are attached.
