<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus and method for preventing successful creation of a correct response value using a memory for performing destructive readout. <P>SOLUTION: The data processing apparatus comprises a memory section 10 having a function of preventing remaining of read data in a memory cell, a data processing section 11 for performing predetermined data processing, a data read/write section 12 that reads out data stored in the memory section 10, supplies the read data to the data processing section 11, and writes the data after processing by the data processing part 11 into the memory section 10, a voltage supply section 13 that generates power according to a high frequency signal input from the outside, generates a predetermined voltage from the power, and supplies the voltage to the data processing section 11, data read/write section 12, and the like, a counting section 14 for counting the number of ON/OFF of a high frequency signal supplied from the outside, and a control sections 15 for intermittently controlling the reading and writing operation of data by data reading/writing section 12 based on the count value by the counting section 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
