The present invention relates to a display device and a set electronic device including the same. A fixing unit is formed on an internal vertical surface of a cover bottom of the display device, and a guide panel is fixed and coupled to the fixing unit and the cover bottom through a coupling hole of the fixing unit to prevent a light leakage phenomenon through an outer part of an existing display device. A lateral side of the guide panel and the vertical surface of the cover bottom directly configure a lateral-side outer portion of the set electronic device to eliminate a set middle cover of an existing set electronic device, and reduce the size of a set rear cover.
