<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately implement collation with an original, regardless of direction, front side and rear side of a document when reading the document. <P>SOLUTION: An original collating apparatus 1 includes: a reading section 11 for reading image information of a document; an extraction section 18a for extracting information about a plurality of preset images to be determined from image information of the document read by the reading section 11; a coordinate transforming section 15 for performing coordinate transform on information of a reference image of the original registered beforehand or on the information about the plurality of images to be determined extracted by the extraction section 18a; and a paper-print detection section 14 for comparing the information about the plurality of images to be determined with the information about the reference image of the original registered beforehand for the information coordinate-transformed by the coordinate transforming section 15, so as to determine whether the document is original or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
