The device (10) has a bypass channel (40) guided back to a main flow channel (30). A replaceable flow conditioning-insert (50) exhibits a flow resistance element (60), which produces a difference of pressure between connections of the bypass channel at the flow channel. The flow channel exhibits an extended section (80), which is limited by a stopper (90). The insert is utilized into the extended section, and a flow conditioning element is manufactured by photo polymerization from plastic. The insert exhibits a double filter e.g. supporting filter, upstream from the resistance element.
