PURPOSE:To manufacture uniform foaming polyurethane which glass fiber bundles are not one-sided and dispersed by a method wherein a polyurethane undiluted solution is added to glass fiber for reinforcement, which is obtained by bending the glass fiber bundles with specified thickness in all directions and laminating the bundles in a many matlike shape, and foamed. CONSTITUTION:Glass fiber with 15-25mu thickness is bundled, glass fiber bundles, the ratio of long diameters to short diameters thereof is 1.5 or less, thickness thereof is 150-300mu and which have approximate circular sections, are formed, the glass fiber bundles are stacked on a moving conveyor with holes in fixed thickness, and glass fiber for reinforcement is obtained which the fiber bundles are curved in all directions and a large number of the bundles are laminated. The glass fiber for reinforcement is sealed in a vessel, and a polyurethane undiluted solution is injected and foamed. |
