PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanically and electrically integrated unit capable of suppressing degradation in cooling performance when a vehicle stops.SOLUTION: A mechanically and electrically integrated unit includes: a power converter having a power conversion circuit that has a plurality of semiconductor elements and a plurality of coolers for cooling the semiconductor elements; and a drive part having at least one component of a motor and a gear, a case for housing the component, and a first medium that accumulates in the case. The power converter and the drive part are formed as an integrated unit. In the plurality of coolers, a part of one cooler comes into contact with the first medium while being located in the case and the other cooler comes in contact with a second medium, and a coefficient of thermal conductivity of the first medium is higher than that of the second medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
