PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseball glove capable of catching balls better in spite of its structure capable of freely constricting or releasing a strap arranged widthwise for receiving and holding the back of a hand or the backside of the glove for receiving and holding the back of the hand at the wrist side thereof. SOLUTION: A baseball glove body 1 is provided with a strap 3 arranged widthwise for receiving and holding the back of a hand such that the strap can be freely fastened or unfastened to or from the hand, and the end of the strap 3 opposite to the thumb portion 4 of the baseball glove body 1 is connected to a backside skin 2 by way of a flexible means 15 to suppress force of constraint applied by the strap 3 to the backside skin 2 which is going to be bent following catching movement.
