PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly fix electrodes to an electrode holding part without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: Electrode fixing holes 14b and 15b are preformed to the bases 14a and 15a of detection electrodes 14 and 15. Further, the electrode holding part 11 is formed from a thermoplastic resin and base receiving parts 11a and 11b, through which the bases 14a and 15a of the electrodes 14 and 15 pass, are preformed to the electrode holder 11. The bases 14a and 15a of the electrodes 14 and 15 are heated by energization in such a state that the bases 14a and 15a of the electrodes 14 and 15 are passed through the base receiving parts 11a and 11b. The thermoplastic resin in the vicinity of the bases 14a and 15a of the electrodes is melted by thermoelectric heating the flow in the electrode fixing holes 14b and 15b. Thereafter, the thermoplastic resin having flowed in the electrode fixing holes 14b and 15b is cured. |
