Single-shaft blade vibration mixer

A single-shaft blade vibration mixer contains a cylindrical housing with loading and unloading openings and a central blade shaft installed in bearing supports located beyond the limits of the mixing area. The mixer is equipped with a vibration exciter of torsional oscillations, which consists of a chain transmission and a flywheel. In the case a leading sprocket wheel with the flywheel is installed on the output shaft of reducer, and a slave sprocket wheel is installed at the outlet end of the blade shaft.
