<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct speedy and appropriate real-time management among management hierarchies. <P>SOLUTION: This management decision support system for supporting management judgment is provided with a management decision support device which accepts input data of a long range schedule plan, a profit and loss target, a sales target, an inventory target, and a profit-loss decision support system which receives the long range schedule plan, the profit and loss target and the sales target, performs simulation calculation on whether it is executable the long range schedule plan or not after developing the long range schedule plan into a middle range schedule plan, and calculates first prediction data of a correction plan, profit and loss prediction and sales prediction of the long range schedule on the basis of the result. The management decision support system further has an inventory/procurement planning support system for calculating a procurement plan on the basis of the middle range schedule plan and calculating second prediction data of inventory prediction and evaluation loss, and pay-out cost schedule on the basis of the middle range schedule, the supply plan and a predetermined purchase unit price.
