<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device used for any type of electronic equipment, having a simple constitution for a variety of opening/closing operations. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed plate 15 and a movable plate 16 are put in resilient-contact with each other by a spring 6 in such a manner that they mutually abut in their different areas accompanied by the rotation of a movable shaft 3, whereby a damper force can be changed according to an opening/closing angle.
