<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sensitivity by bringing phases of a synchronizing signal wave and a modulated sensor output signal wave, which are inputted to a synchronous-detection circuit, to agree with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A module is equipped with: a vibration sensor; an oscillation circuit for supplying an electric signal to the vibration sensor; a timing processing part in a microcomputer for inputting an excitation clock signal outputted by the oscillation circuit, and computing a phase difference in comparison with an output signal of the vibration sensor, by applying a digital signal processing thereto; and a synchronous-detection circuit-use switch for inputting the output signal of the vibration sensor and inputting the excitation clock signal which is outputted by the oscillation circuit, at a phase-delayed timing computed by the timing processing part in the microcomputer, and for performing a detection in synchronization with the signal outputted by the oscillation circuit. The excitation clock of the oscillation circuit is inputted to the microcomputer, and the synchronous timing is adjusted with respect to the output signal wave, and then the excitation clock is inputted to the synchronous-detection circuit as the synchronizing signal wave, thereby performing the detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
